Nope. I decline to deal with him. In that case, I tell him I'll wait for
the legal paperwork and interact with him through the court. If he IS that
stupid/arrogant/whatever, I want a judge watching things, so he has to file
paperwork before I'll do anything more.
If he actually does file paperwork, I'd immediately go for a dismissal and
explain things to the judge, and let him have a good laugh.
