Yahoo answers its mail. It responds to problems. The problem ends. Juno
doesn't.
If the guy moves from Juno to hotmail, or juno to yahoo, or whatever, I can
get help from those sites in dealing with him. Any site that acts like
Juno, though, will get treated like Juno.

Usually, one hop away from Juno. Because I've had good success in getting
help from other sites.
