It may be beating a dead horse at this point, but if you have a list that was
archived there without authorization, you might find it amusing to contact
them with a demand for an accounting of all advertising receipts received as a
result of viewing your list's copyrighted contents. In theory, you or your
message authors might be entitled to that money.
Realistically, it might be peanuts, and there are all sorts of legal pitfalls
in trying to collect (but don't tell them that), but the mere request ought to
put the fear of God into them.
