Ronald, I assume from the wording you have chosen to aim my way in public
(stupid, moron, etc) that you are not interested in a technical
discussion of the issues you raised. The rationale for the "stupidity"
you have witnessed is actually pretty straightforward for someone with a
decent understanding of e-mail systems, and I trust that you will be able
to figure it out on your own. Your message was actually very helpful to
me in that it prompted me to consider the amount of time I have spent
carrying out pointless arguments on this list with people who just like
to argue for the sake of arguing vs the useful material I have garnered
from the list. I am pleased to announce that I will no longer be
disagreeing with you in public and you will be free to call me whatever
names you please while I move on to more productive uses of my time.
