New List Manager... help!

I've been on this list for a long time, anticipating starting a list 
eventually.

I have an opportunity to take over a list that is already going right now 
and would like to if at all possible!

I need a server that will host "majordomo (listserv robot)"  can somebody 
let me know where I can find one, preferably one that doesn't charge!
