Sorry for the waste of b/w, but I cannot find an up-to-date FAQ regarding
available MLM software. I am looking for a starting point to go and review
current and *maintained* (free) software.
If it helps, the requirement is more one of code study at this stage, since
we are going to implement a mailing list management system that sits on top
of a (out) provisioning database. If any of the existing packages are
flexible enough to do this with a small amount of integration work, then
great; but I strongly suspect that the end result will be a "bodge". Enligh
term, look it up ;-)
For those interested our current system uses flat files and majordomo 1.9x
as a management system and some exim hacks as the list-expansion tool. It is
very very far from perfect. It will be replaced while we get the SQL backend
going :)
