Have you looked at the POD documentation that is in the demime perl script itself?  Grab a copy of demime 98a and 

It has general examples of the aliases.

pod2man /usr/lib/majordomo/demime | nroff -man | less

That information is pretty sketchy, but if you need more than that, I'd suggest either looking at the archives for the demime-l list, available through http://majordomo.squawk.com, or asking on demime-l@scifi.squawk.com.

I've posted the aliases I use for majordomo on demime-l.
