Hi--

Those of you with long memories will remember that a while back I
inquired about whether an ISP could word its ToS so that it could
*CHARGE* folk for spamming. That seemed like a good idea back then and
after several go-rounds I've at last gotten some interest in making that
happen...

So: if any of you know of any ISPs whose ToS *does* include wording that
allows them to charge the customer for the hassle of cleaning up after
the customer spams, would you please either email me or point me at the
ISP's web site. YES, I'll play it past our lawyers before we make it
'official', but I"m not good at even drafting things like this so any
existing sample-clauses would be appreciated. THANKS!!

  /Bernie\
