While that's true, eventually the merchants of herbal viagra would
eventually catch on.
What is important is that (unlike bulk postal mail) it doesn't cost the
spammer noticiably more to send to million addresses than to ten thousand.
The spammer may need only a 1 in a million success rate to make the
spamming profitable.
