Honestly, Brent, if I were you, I'd remove from this mailing list whoever
it is who's subscribed from behind an MTA that sends bounces to the
Errors-To header on the grounds that their mail system is broken and
shouldn't be let near the rest of the network until it's fixed (and after
all, their mail is bouncing anyway).
But that's just a personal opinion; the rest of what you said sounds
rather familiar and is something I'm very sympathetic towards.
