Perhaps by a specially coded link for each list that agrees to send
out your survey link... eg, I as list owner would "register" my list,
and tell you the details about its targeted audience, and how many
recipients there are. You give me a coded link to send to my list
that sends them to the survey, and identifies from which list they
came.
