That's what I did. It even worked.
I try to be polite-and-firm for the first letter. I save hostility for when
they blow me off...

Because enough idiots have played off our good will that it's hard to some
days?
I sympathize with Charlie, actually. But you're correct. But after you deal
with enough turkeys in life, you start thinking everything gobbles.
