So simple, I did it a while ago for my own personal use on some high
volume lists. The only support it requires is that the list in
question lets me post using my own address without having to receive
copies. Either that's via an open posting policy (eg, freebsd.org
lists) or via a MLM that lets you subscribe in nomail mode (eg, the
postgresql.org mailing lists).
The steps to do it are outlined in my "mail2news" script on the CPAN
(www.cpan.org).
