X-No-Archive-List: is too similar to X-No-Archive-List:.  They
would be confused with each other.  Also, X-No-Archive-List: is
not accurate: some of us want to allow private archives (available
only for the users of a particular machine, organization or
intranet), but not public ones.  Perhaps X-No-Public-Archive-List:
would work.
