I use X-List headers along with footers.  As I mentioned before,
the footers have additional info.  The only time I find footers
annoying is when they get quoted back to the list.

Pine is RFC-2369 aware.  Lyris injects the headers by default.

Cool!  I was hoping the new release of Majordomo wasn't so picky
