MJ w/ multiple MXs

We just added an additional UNIX/Sendmail server to our site. I would 
appreciate any advise anyone has about multiple mail exchangers for 
Majordomo.

We have several MJ lists with a wide variety of setups. Some archive; some 
digest; some open subscription; most moderated.

Suggestions? Things to do? Things to not do?
