Lyris supports this natively (i.e., no hacking necessary [1]). It has
a freeware version that's probably fine for your building's mailing
list. See <http://www.lyris.com/products/listmanager/> for details.
Standard disclaimers apply, with the exceptions that (1) I know the
developer, and (b) I'm pushing the freeware version, so even if I
*did* somehow benefit from Lyris sales (which I don't) (unfortunately
[3]), it wouldn't make a difference in this case.
