AOL has the ability to refuse mail for anyone not on your list of
"accepted" senders.  It seems to be what is the issue here.  The
particular member is refusing mail from this sender (either
explicitly, or implicitly because the sender is not whitelisted.)

If the user didn't exist, AOL would have said so.
