Funny-- I saw "411 spam" in the original note along with the
description, and interpreted it to be a euphemism for "phone book
spam" (a mailing with a phone-book sized recipient list attached).
Not that I've ever heard that as a term, but one sometimes tries to
come up with meanings in context :-)
