Understandable. But in that case, don't sign up with an ISP that filters
mail. I'm sure there are lots of AOL users who appreciate the anti-spam
efforts on their behalf.

Now, if the ISP's initial terms of service don't TELL you that they are
filtering mail, and then they do, then you'd have a legitimate
complaint.
