Subject: spurious html in hotmail replies

hello everyone,

Do any of you find that replies from a hotmail account which include the 
original mail, show corruption as shown below in the included text:

they provide excellent advice for mainstreams. He gives lists of things 
to do and not do that will multiply many times your chance of appearing 
to be a &amp;quot;good catch&amp;quot; but that chance is zero.

I think logically this is only is reply to html mails.
Apart from disallowing html in the lists altogether, can anyone explain 
why this is happening and suggest a fix?
btw I think I've seen the same trouble in non-list mails too; ie a 
hotmail reply direct to me where the original included html.
