Several times a month, we get calls from folks wanting to hire somebody to install, reconfigure, or otherwise hack on Majordomo for them. We have no interest in such projects ourselves, but I hate simply turning folks away without being able to offer them any suggestions; this list will hopefully provide a way for interested customers to link up with qualified consultants and contractors who can help them. People who are capable of and interested in such jobs and contracts should subscribe to the Majordomo-Jobs list (and if you don't already know how to do that, you _aren't_ qualified! :-). People who have such jobs and contracts should post a message to the Majordomo-Jobs list, describing the position or project, and asking for direct responses from qualified and interested parties. These postings will be reviewed to ensure that they are consistent with the guidelines outlined in this document (i.e., to ensure that they aren't spam), and then distributed to the list within a few days of posting. Great Circle Associates is not charging for this service, we will not be a party to any agreement or transaction resulting from the list, and we disclaim any responsibility for disputes or disagreements arising out of the Majordomo-Jobs list. In other words, we're just giving interested parties a place to meet each other, and any further arrangements are totally between them. -Brent -- Brent Chapman Great Circle Associates, Inc.
