My goal was to put all the non-generic information at the top, so that
a sysadmin could just fill in the blanks at the top and mail the
document off to the owner of a new list.
If I ever get around to writing the be-all, end-all "create a new
Majordomo list" program, I'll use this document as a starting point
and "fill in the blanks" in the body, rather than the header.
