I have not seen any such discussion, now I may have missed it. I
think that a list which is setup for discussing the documentation should
actually be used for that. Now it may be very helpfull to also have some
of that discussion going back and forth between the ``doc group'' and the
``devel group''. But neither group should have to go through the other's
messages in order to get their work done. They DO need to comunicate
though...
