You have to leave off the leading path for
"/usr/local/majordomo/majordomo" in your alias. I.e., the alias
should be
majordomo: "|/usr/local/majordomo/wrapper majordomo"
not
majordomo: "|/usr/local/majordomo/wrapper /usr/local/majordomo/majordomo"
Wrapper knows to look only in /usr/local/majordomo for commands to run.
