I don't know if anyone is doing it, but presumably Majordomo could
be useful for mailers other than Sendmail, which could have almost
any way of specifying lists. If necessary, I'd lean towards something
in Majordomo where you told it explicitly the files that make up
list D instead of trying to read the aliases file.
For that matter, since there isn't a "D" list, what do you with
all the rest of the Majordomo commands? Subscribe? Unsubscribe?.
