Subject: Removing duplicates

If you mail to two majordomo mailing lists hosted on the same machine,
and there is someone on both mailing lists, this someone will get two
copies of the message.

I consider this behaviour correct. They are on two mailing lists. The
user should learn to delete the extra copy.

However, my users consider this behaviour to be wrong. They only want
to get one copy of the message. This has become such an issue,
that management would rather abandon majordomo (and increase
the amount of work the list managers have to do) than put up
with the duplicate messages.

Suggestions?

Tom
P.S. This isn't at the site that I run, but another site.
