Approvals

Hi,

I wonder whether it is possible to separate two
different types of approvals: those relating
to subscribing/unsubscribing (the mechanical
details of membership), and the messages bounced
for approval related to contributions to the list
(content stuff). In other words, what is the set-up 
if someone moderates a list, but does not want to
hear anything about mailer errors and people 
subscribing. Thanks, - Martin
