My sysadmin has just got Majordomo going here for my mailing list,
LATE-SHOW-NEWS.
Now something weird is happening. Someone outside of our system
has created a mail alias, shit@mcs.com, and I am starting to hear
from other late-show-new subscribers elsewhere on the net who
are receiving this guy's messages. If you want to see for yourself
send subscribe late-show-news to listserv@mcs.com and see if you
don't start getting on the shit list too.
Does anyone have any idea what is going on? I have just paged my
sysadmin but thought I should put out a quick word to the users
list to see if anyone has encountered security holes with Majordomo
before.
