Subject: Preventing Posting by non-members

Hello all,

I would like to prevent post to my lists by people who are *not* members
of the list.  Currently the lists are "closed".  Will it make any difference
if they were "private"?  How can I stop outsiders from posting to a list
where they arn't wanted???
