Yes. You must have some list ("foo-outgoing", maybe) that's the
target for "resend", and that actually includes the list file, right?
So add "foo-digestify" there. I.e.:
foo-outgoing: :include:/path/to/lists/foo, foo-digestify
Same concerns and solution apply to archiving, by the way.
