The 2 lists I have just setup both have <list>.config files under
$HOME/lists.  Both have a last line of:

subscribe_policy	=	open

Yet when I send mail to either list, mail ends up in the list-owner's
mailbox waiting for approval.

Neither list has a <list>.closed file.

Anyone?
