Hi Folks:

I'm running Majordomo 1.92, and I would like to set up a list for users to
send questions to the Academic Computing Department Consultants here on
campus.

My problem? A list of this nature invariably contains the word "help,"
which then bounces to the "acs-help-owner" for approval. Since we'd like
rapid response to this list to be a priority, we simply can't hope (or
expect) the "acs-help-owner" to be manually releasing bounces.

If I understand the docs correctly, to disable administrivia checks, I need
only set the administrivia = no in the acs-help.config file. I have done
this, so why are messages still bouncing to "acs-help-owner" for approval?
