Hi all,
Like the rest of the world I have just upgraded to 1.92 which is
working fine except for the -C option for majordomo.
I use Majordomo to run two seperate list managers on one server. One
is listmanager@nasa.gov and the other is listserv@pobox.nasa.gov.
the domains nasa.gov and pobox.nasa.gov are cnames for the host
naic.nasa.gov.
With the old version I was able to specify an alternate .cf file and
create the illusion of two separate groups of lists on one machine.
However since the upgrade, a 'lists' command sent to
listserv@pobox.nasa.gov returns the lists that are actually handled by
listmanager@nasa.gov.
I discovered that the correct .cf file is being "evaled" during the
eval(`cat $cf`) command, but for some reason by the time do_lists is
called the $listdir, $whoami etc variables are incorrect.
Did the -C functionality change in the new version? Or have I gone
drainbead :)
