Thanks for the patch. On second glance, I don't know why I am
bothering to include that file at all. It might be a vestage from my
standalone testing.
I have applied the patch to 1.93, and then commented out the require
statement all together. I put in a note to myself about the need for
the patch, so if I find a real reason to uncomment the require, I can
check to make sure that $cf is set for all of the programs.
