Various people had problems like:
mailer error 139: memory fault
with the new majordomo. Frankly got me. Perl shouldn't bee doing that,
but I am trying to think what changed between 1.62 that one person
could run and 1.9x.
More file descriptios are being used. More regular expression tests
are being used. More internal memeory in the has tables is being used
(reading in the config files).
Any one of these could be the problem. Try building a version of perl
with debugging and run majordomo uder gdb or something. I am sorry I
can't be of more help, but this sounds like a perl memory corruption
problem. Also youmay want to look in the source for your version of
perl and see where exit 139 is used. This may give you some ideas as
to where to start looking.
