I think you're talking about the book "Managing Internet Information
Services" from O'Reilly & Associates. It's been delayed for quite a
while; I can't promise a date. You can get a copy of the Majordomo
chapter from an old draft of the book -- use anonymous ftp to
greatcircle.com, directory /pub/majordomo, file majordomo.manual.Z.
The chapter is for version 1.62, though, and it doesn't include other
overall information about mailing lists and sendmail.
Sorry. I wish I had better news. But people say that the chapter is
a help, anyway, as it is.
