I've got it working.
Thanks Dave for the pointer.
I figured perl had something to do with it again.
Now that I've seen a number of the different errors possible with a
migration from 1.62 to 1.92, I'm confident that the next upgrade will take
less time.
All is left to do is clean up the aliases and start setting up some of the
files to take advantage of the new features.
