I attempted upgrading to majordomo 1.92, and came up with the following
error on every operation I tried:

To "simplify" upgrading, I soft-linked /usr/local/mail/majordomo-1.92 to
/usr/local/mail/majordomo (after renaming the old directory to
/usr/local/mail/majordomo-1.6).
