Bad Entries in List

New Install of Majordomo......We have many lists running and slowly growing.

Question:
 
If there is a bad(unknown) user entry in the list, is there a way for
majordomo to continue the send to all other users in the list and notify the
owner that there is an unknown in his/her list.
My tests seem to bounce the whole message to the sender and noone else
receives it.
