Returned mail: Can't create output (fwd)

Would anyone know the rights needed for the archive files?

I currently have rwxrwxr.x on the /mail and /mail/archive directories

the files are also 664 (rw.rw.r..)

The paths are right ... my /etc/aliases entry ...
