Subject: resend header bug

a few weeks ago i described a bug where resend would sometimes take the
first few lines of a message and stick them in the headers. this is
particularly troublesome when someone has left a From: line at the
top to indicate who is being quoted in the message (the From: gets moved
into the headers, resulting in a message claiming to be from two different
people, and worse, elm seems to read only the *second*, incorrect, entry.

anyhow, i think i've found a pattern: this bug seems to strike any lines
at the top of the message that contain colons. does that help anyone to
track it down?
