Subject: How to have one "subscribe" yield sub to multiple lists ?

Hi.  I have a request from a user who has started up two mailing
lists, and who wants to have people who sub to one automatically
land themselves on the other.

Any way to do this without horrendously hacking software?

The lists should still be independently un-subscribable
from (e.g. I don't want to just link the two sub lists together).
