Well, the administrivia checks are only done on the first few (five?) lines
of the message. This was much further in than that. However, the first
line:

....seems to be the problem. I think I recall someone posting some patches
that dealt with making the administrivia checks a little smarter. I was
thinking about finding them and using them myself. I think only checking the
first word of each line would eliminate a lot of false alarms. And I feel
that reducing the number of lines from five to three probably wouldn't hurt
anything.
