problem with "approve". It complains it can't find "reply-to".

I am using Majordomo 1.92 with a moderated list.
When I get a "subscribe" that needs approval (see example below)
I try to pipe it to "approve".  It complains:

No "Reply-To:"; exiting at /usr/local/majordomo/bin/approve line 137, <FILE> line 15.


Any suggestions?  Why doesn't it use the "From:" line instead of "Reply-To:" ?
