Reply address format?

I've used the -r listname@domain.here option with resend in
my aliases file like:
listname:                      "| /usr/local/majordomo/wrapper 
resend -l listname -r listname@lambton.on.ca -h white.lambton.on.ca
-R -s listname-outgoing"

But the reply line takes the format:
Reply-To: listname@lambton.on.ca@white.lambton.on.ca

It realy IS on machine 'white' which is NOT the machine pointed
to by the MX record for 'lambton.on.ca'

Is this a sendmail problem or have I missed something?
(and if it is a sendmail problem, any suggestions?)
