Whenever you get this message, it means that "/home/staff/spcl/majordom/"
has the wrong permssions wrt the permissions that Majordomo is running
under. Most likely the directory permissions are wrong, but it
could be that the wrapper is not working like it's supposed to
if it was installed right.
I suggest that anyone who is having problems understanding all these
permissions problems with Majordomo take a look at the recently
reorganized FAQ I'm going to send out next.
If you still have problems understanding things, please let me know so
I can clarify the FAQ.
