All majordomo does is manage a list of addresses for your mailer to
use. It's highly unlikely that it's Majordomo's "fault".

Are all the list members getting multiple copies, or just some?
Are all the messages getting duplicated or just some? Which ones?

If all your users are getting multiple copies, then someone's
probably sending mail back to the list. Verify that someone hasn't
subscribed the list _to_ the list. (that's been done)

Compare the "Received:" lines of two duplicate messages and see
what sites it passed through in order to get to the recipient.
If one differs from the other by one or more additional Received:
lines, then that's your trouble site.

Go over your mailer logs carefully, to see where messages are going.
