Using "digest" with 1.92

I'm setting up a mailing list with v1.92.  The "regular" list works just
fine, and I'm using 'resend'.  I'm following the example in the 1.92 README
file for setting up my aliases:

sss-digest: sss

sss-outgoing: :include:/usr/local/majordomo/lists/sss,   #broken#

sss-digest-outgoing: :include:/usr/local/majordomo/lists/sss-digest

and the digest *is* being delivered, but the mail headers on the digest are
wrong:
