The list-owner is sending the messages to his list by inserting a header
using Elm. The documentation mentions that the "original" headers are
preserved and the "new" ones deleted. Could the cause of the blank
messages being sent to these people have something to do with this?
I'm really stumped. My next step is to start mailing postmasters asking
them what software they use to process mail. Obviously, if the problem
is widespread, but inconsistent, something in the format of the
resent message must be causing agents somewhere along the line to
truncate the message to its headers alone.
Has anyone else ever had this problem?
